What is your return policy?

At R&R Aluminium LIMITED, we comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

  • To initiate a return or refund, please contact us via email at info@rraluminium.co.nz.
  • Returns or notices of intent to return must be made within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You may request changes or cancellations to your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

  • To request modifications, email us at enquiry@rraluminium.co.nz as soon as possible.
  • Please note that a restocking/handling fee may apply for specially ordered or non-stock items.

Can I collect my order in person?

Unfortunately, order pickup is not available. All purchases will be delivered directly to your nominated address.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 5 business days.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery, depending on your location and courier services.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?

We take care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if goods appear damaged:

  1. Inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival.
  2. If damage is evident, do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately.
  3. Contact us via email at info@rraluminium.co.nz with details and photos of the damage within 2 days of receiving the goods.
  4. Returns or notices of intent to return must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

When will I receive my tax invoice?

Your tax invoice will be provided alongside the delivery of your items. If you require an additional copy, please contact us at info@rraluminium.co.nz.
